Product Description

Trioctyl phosphate has the following functions in hydrogen peroxide production:

1. Extraction agent
In the process of producing hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone method, trioctyl phosphate is one of the commonly used extraction agents. In the process of producing hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone method, an organic phase containing hydrogen peroxide is generated, and hydrogen peroxide needs to be transferred from the organic phase to the aqueous phase for subsequent separation and purification. Trioctyl phosphate has good extraction performance for hydrogen peroxide. It can selectively extract hydrogen peroxide from the organic phase into the aqueous phase to achieve the separation of hydrogen peroxide from other organic substances.
